Christopher B Goodnow Bio:
- Received Undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont in 1985
- Earned Graduate degree in Real Estate from MIT – 1997

- Served as Adjunct Professor in Real Estate Finance, Investment, and Taxation at New Hampshire Technical Institute from 1998-99
- In business, Goodnow has assisted five major New Hampshire companies in building and/or planning over 600,000 sq. ft. of new office and industrial property since 2008
- Goodnow has provided brokerage and development advisory services for over $100 million dollars of commercial real estate property since 2011
- Goodnow Real Estate Services has leased over 1 Million sq. ft. of industrial and office space in the greater Southern New Hampshire marketplace since 2012
